In my younger days (and that was a long time ago), by placing the chairs on the table in this way, the staff in the pub would let the guests know that it was getting close to closing time, they should pay and go home. Nowadays you don't see that so often.
LOL. When this first popped up on my screen, all I saw was a black square. What an unusual chair.
Some kids wheeled this chair out to our neighborhood park for some reason and it just sat there for a few days. I decided to break in my new beauty dish on it early one morning.
