This is flood control dam at Lakeview Cemetery, Cleveland Ohio. I believe it is the largest dam East of the Mississippi.

Parker Dam, creates Lake Havasu, Parker Dam is a concrete arch-gravity dam that crosses the Colorado River 155 miles downstream of Hoover Dam. Built between 1934 and 1938 by the Bureau of Reclamation, it is 320 feet high, 235 feet of which are below the riverbed, making it the deepest dam in the world. Wikipedia

Beautiful pictures of an interesting structure.
On a side note; "deepest dam" as used on the Wikipedia page is a bit misleading, don't you think :)

Thanks for your comments. I have no idea if the Wikipedia article is accurate or not. I never rely totally on internet information.
